Various tasks are involved in managing a Poultry Farm like Production Performance, Inventory, Accounts, Feed Formulation, etc., Poultry software is intended to save time and effort and to increase profitability of the Farmer.

How many computers can I use Poultry on?
Poultry software has to be installed only on one (1) computer. Any addition installation licensing can be purchased for Indian Rs.2000 each.

Licenses are not intended to be shared with friends, partners, or other individuals not directly purchasing the software.

How much do updates cost and how are they obtained?
Updates are ALWAYS free and can be downloaded from the Updates page on this website. They can also be ordered on CD for a minimal charge. Upgrades, when available, can be purchased for one-half the retail price.

What kind of technical support do I get?
Most questions (relating to Poultry / support is not available for free software) can be answered through limited email support and three (3) free phone calls. However, because Poultry is so easy to use, very few customers have found the need for additional phone support assistance.

How can I backup Poultry?
You'll need to backup the database files called myKRRK and myKRRK_log, which by default are installed in the c:\PoultryMax folder. To restore from the backup, copy the file back to the same location.
